- Very much lusted after April May on first sight.
- Clearly turned on by the sight of Maya in a maid outfit.
- Canonically dated "Dollie" for 6 months in college, still carried feelings for her 11 years later.
- Extremely uncomfortable when either Jean Armstrong or Max Galactica flirted with him.
- Has notably failed to demonstrate attraction of any kind to other men.
Miles Edgeworth: The biggest autistic aroace vibes I have ever seen, personified.
- Has failed to demonstrate attraction of any kind to anyone, ever.
- Does Not Understand emotions in general or how to express them.
- Extremely Confused whenever anyone flirts with him, doesn't seem to even recognise it.
- Canonically does not understand romantic love, has stated he never wants to marry.
s!B I feel like this ship is so ubiquitous, pointing out how OOC it is for both of them would get me death threats. I already have to avoid the entire fandom to keep the ick out of sight...

Life's frustrations

What things about life have been frustrating you lately?


I'm currently frustrated about the realities of the American working world that mean since I've used up all my sick days, I have to either suck it up and go to work with a sinus infection and feeling miserable on Monday or use one of my vacation days and cancel one of my planned long weekends away.

I've been trying to get my HGV licence, but I am just so frustrated with myself that I cannot seem to judge the length of the trailer properly. I either end up taking corners too wide, or clipping the bloody kerb. I never thought that it would be so hard. I feel like I'm never gonna get this.

Speaking as someone who also does not ship it: it's really, really obvious where the fandom gets it.

These two are one of the biggest and most important personal relationships in each others' lives. They have a literal lifetime of ones' actions impacting the other significantly, sometimes deciding the course of their life/career. They are unquestionably significant to each other, care about each other, and Very Important Feelings of some sort exist, and that in theory can cause a lot of exceptions to be possible and a lot of exceptions to be made and possibly bleed into romance.

This is not to say that fandom writes this ship well or writes it believably most of the time, but that's true of every ship that fandom writes.

But I suppose if you're at the stage of "but they aren't gay in canon!" as rationale for not-shipping, then you might be new in fandom, and may not know that shipping any two characters because of the above stuff is like, the most common thing ever? Idk what to tell you besides to expect it literally everywhere.

On the other hand if you simply don't like this ship, you can just say that, you know. I don't care for it. Easy peasy no dramatics

I'm trans, but I am NOT here for trans headcanons. It sucks enough going through all of this irl, without seeing it in fiction for characters I like.

It's either Your Fav M/M Pairing, But Now It's Just Het or misery porn. Blech.

Similarly, frustrated with the American medical/insurance industry. I don't have insurance and I've been having some painful medical issues so I'm trying to figure out how to get insurance so I can then get a doctor and the whole situation is so stressful and expensive and frustrating.
