Re: In your opinion which was the worst Marvel movie so far?

Civil War made me so mad. It was supposed to be about Steven (and Bucky) and instead it felt like another rendition of the Tony Stark show.

Oh, I have a feeling we are NOT the same. I thought Civil War made Steve so unlikable and made him the bad guy in his own movie, and I didn't care about Bucky at ALL.

I'm a comics fan before coming to the MCU, where stucky was my notp, so like... I just was NOT into their revamped relationship. Like I get why they absolutely had to make Bucky a grown man and I think that was the right choice, but also... I just am turned off by all the Steve-putting-Bucky-before-reason stuff, AND the reason Civil War was impactful in the comics was because it came after decades of Steve and Tony being friends and weathering ups and downs and having this strong trust in and love for each other. In the MCU, they're just having a fight over a guy? And all Tony knows about that guys is that he killed his parents?? And we barely have any kind of friendship with him and Steve to see torn apart???

Although there were some things I liked, I really could have done without the extended Black Panther and Spider-Man commercials, and it really did seem more like Avengers 2.5: Iron Man 4.

I usually like Tony even when he's being an ass, but this movie made him unlikeable for me. Tony wanted to unleash the Hulk on people who were supposedly his friends! You don't do that unless you're OK with people dying! Tony was the one who kept escalating everything and demanding that everyone do as he told them, regardless of what reasons they might have for being wary! One of my favorite parts was Steve and Bucky handing Tony his ass after he tried to murder them both in a tantrum. I could have dealt with it if he had thrown a few punches and then launched into a bunch of invective, but that was prolonged, focused attempt at murder.
