A close tie between Iron Man 2 and Thor 2, though Civil War is also in the running.
I have not seen Eternals.

Thor 2 was terrible, but it did have that excellent portal sequence with Mjolnir, so I would put it ahead of Iron Man 2. Civil War was incredibly dumb but again, some nice action sequences. Haven't seen Endgame or Eternals.
