I take meds and see a therapist. This after years of going through different meds and therapists and psychiatrists to find a setup that helps me eliminate the need to worry about anxiety in most of my daily life.

Still have anxiety attacks sometimes out of nowhere sometimes. Still get anxiety about commenting on fic.
