ehhhh I don't think that's a good measurement to compare since I strongly believe that fan bases on different sites differ greatly (ie: there may be more Fandom A fics on AO3 than on FFnet because more people post there, whereas Fandom B might have a bigger fanbase on FFnet because its older and might still have people posting on it - which is another factor since ffnet has gone down in quality by comparison to AO3, so people might be more reluctant to use it).
