Edgewood from Little, Big. It's a giant beautiful country house that's constructed so it appears to be a different architectural style depending on which angle you look it at from *and* it's a portal to Faerie.

The mansion from Clue - I would not want to live there because I would always wonder if someone was in a secret passage, but it would be fun to visit and explore.

Amanda's house from The Holiday is huge and nice. As is the Cohen house from The O.C.

But I also really like Shelby and Jackson's house in Steel Magnolias.

The Lighthouse in Round the Twist. Basically any other lighthouse turned into a house. I always wanted to live in one.

And I'd love to see the floorplan of the House of Green Knowe. I'm not sure that one is actually possible though.
