Yes, that's him as Cassian Andor in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (pictured with Felicity Jones as Jyn Erso). And, as the secret mentions, he's also in Andor, a streaming series on Disney+. It has a 12-episode first season and was filming the second season, but then, you know, strike.

Tbf Andor and Rogue One not exactly Star Wars stories. I reeeally am not interested in SW but Rogue One was a nice movie. And I hear a lot of good things about Andor (I just don't have enough mental capacity for their sort of bleak right now)
