Yeah, I hear that because we also have food trucks/small businesses like that. I get that it's hard to do so much work and keep a staff, but not having regular hours is a non-starter for attracting more business. If people keep trying to eat there but find the place closed all the time, sooner or later they're just going to stop trying.
