Footnote to an old thread about FF14 multi-player battles (specifically Alexander)

There was an anon here some time ago who related a story about some incomprehensible FF14 "advice" that I think it was their S/O got about the mechanics for a particular battle in the Alexander raids, which was something like "When he turns into a bird, hold on"...?

If that anon is still around, just wanted to report that I *think* I did that battle with some friends this last weekend. I only *think* I did it because there is only one battle in there that it seems like it could apply to, and well... it turns into a plane, not a bird. And the unexpected/tricky part of that battle is not holding on, but jumping. (My friends were like "JUMP JUMP OMG YOU MADE IT WHEW!")

...So yeah. Can verify that was ridiculous advice. :D

Alexander rades have various dificulty settings, like simple or ultimate. Some of the raids are still almost imposible to complete solo with lvl90 character and food due to tight timings.
