And again, by you logic, nobody should ever be allowed to sell stuff they learned to make through free tutorials.

If they're selling stuff featuring intellectual property that isn't theirs, then no, they should not be allowed to sell it. I don't see how this is hard.

Make your own original enamel pins that don't have fandom characters on them and sell those.
