Thank you <3 and I'm so sorry you've had to deal with this too. It's horrendous.

Weirdly enough I dipped back into self-harm tonight after doing good for 2 years, so I can relate to that. The helplessness is immense, like everything I love is just being pulled away all at once and I'm so angry and it has nowhere to go.
