The part of the secret in parentheses is referring to Oliver Anthony, the singer-songwriter of Rich Men of North Richmond, not Jason Aldean. But Oliver Anthony apparently lives in a $750 camper off-the-grid. He used to work in a paper mill and released the song independently. So, I think he's legit poor. Not that I think that means he's right.
