I'm getting over a cold with a whole load of tea and thinking about making a hot toddy before I go to bed.

Found a wasp nest in the tree while trying to trim back the branches o_o Thankfully it doesn't seem super lively at the moment and might have been affected by last winter frost - but it amazes me that I didn't notice it until now. Might wait til Autumn/winter comes along before taking it down.

I'm at the tail end of a flu, and I'm just really tired. Also, the antibiotic I was on for ear infection gave me some weird muscle pain (supposedly a known side effect), so my hip is really bothering me.

Mom made homemade pot roast, and looking forward to it. Then I'm probably going to crash.

My arthritis is acting up so badly I'm having a very hard time walking. I'm also very bored.

My computer suffered catastrophic hard drive failure and is in the computer ER. I'm not built for internet via phone, so I'm going into withdrawal. :-( On the plus side, I'm actually reading the physical books I have in my to-be-read pile.
