Yeah, jump scares get me even when I know they're coming (they're quite obvious a lot of the time) or when I've seen the movie before. But I also get jump scared by colleagues coming up to my desk at work, lol.

I was hanging out with some friend a couple months ago watching terrible horror movies, and I didn't get scared by anything in the actual movies, but I did jump about 5 feet in the air when their dog barked unexpectedly.
