You mean the grimdark S31 SpocksSister Mary Sue seasons?

Yeah, in many ways Picard and Discovery both suffer from the same problem, both of them spend every season being something different as they throw shit at the wall to see if something sticks. Neither of them had a clear identity of their own or vision of what they really wanted to be. Same with Enterprise too, come to that.

Say what you like about Lower Decks, Prodigy, and Strange New Worlds, but at least they all had a firm grasp of what their own show was going to be about.
