Well, OP, you might be getting your wish. I saw an article yesterday with some stills from next week's Season 4 premiere, and the first episode is called "Twovix" and involves a visit from the Voyager.

Ugh, I hate that episode so much. I'd prefer to keep pretending that it, along with Elogium and the episode involving "Warp 10" didn't exist. I love Voyager, but it has a very really bad episodes.
