I mean... yeah, there is some degree of unhealthy glorification of mental illness and neurodivergent issues/behaviour going on in some parts of social media sites (usually hand in hand with a concerning amount of highly inaccurate self-diagnosing based on dumb online quizzes and hearsay) but that's. Not really what's going on here?

I hear this. I see a fair amount of posts on Autistic Instagram that (at the very least) toe the line of glorification. There's often quite a bit of chatter that puts self diagnosing in a positive light in those posts, and I feel like this may be causing new stereotypes to be formed.
