Yeah, 'cuntboy' seems to be the general umbrella term for any and all male characters with vaginas but the term 'dickgirl' isn't always synonymous with 'futa' so I was wondering if there was a more specific word adjacent to it. Probably not though seeing as 'male character spontaneously develops a vagina during arousal' is pretty niche in porn. There appear to be different types of futanari though too, maybe I'm just pondering too deeply on this. Heh.

Wait what's the difference between futa and dickgirl? I kinda thought dickgirl was just used by the people who didn't want to be associated with hentai.

Depending on who you ask you might get different responses regarding the matter. Futa-type characters are often hermaphrodites while dickgirls can include futas but may also alternatively describe a female character who exclusively has a penis (as opposed to having both a penis and vagina).

These days, "exclusively has a penis" seems to be referred to more as "shemale." I don't see "dickgirl" much at all.

I should note that all three terms are often treated as offensive, but it doesn't seem like there's a non-offensive word for futas. People act like the entire concept dehumanizes real-life trans women, which I think is silly. Plenty of trans women like futa porn!
