They could have cast a Hispanic person who either looks the part (in whatever way) or cast a Hispanic person in a movie where a certain look they don't fit isn't in the literal title.

Yeah, like... white Hispanics are a thing. They're still Hispanic. It wouldn't have been hard at all for them to cast someone who was both Hispanic and also looked the part.
