I had to grocery shop today and there were pumpkins and Halloween and Dia de los Muertos stuff out everywhere so that was fun to look at. I wound up getting a sugar skulls coloring book lol. Its apple harvest season here, and I wanted a candy apple but they've only got caramel now, boohoo. But tomorrow I'm grabbing a couple of fresh apple fritters from the farmers market stand. It finally feels like autumn here!

I know it's overpowering, but I loved it when they started carrying the cinnamon brooms in stores this year. And now the temperature is actually getting cooler! Give me fall, damnit!

YESSSS THE CINNAMON BROOMS!!!! I was waiting in line thinking how great it smelled and if it was cool enough this evening I'd have some orange blossom cinnamon tea and it was all because of those cinnamon brooms lol!

Reading a ton of One Piece fic using the live action and occasional wiki visits.

How is that working out for you, nonny? What kind of fics are you reading?

I've tried to go through my bookmarks of OG OP fic to find recs for a purely live action fan but found it tough with the differences between the versions. I want to keep the hype going for that person, not frustrate with references that weren't in the live action.

Put together a final asylum packet today. 526 pages including the brief and supporting documents. Worked my ass of this week on that. A case that is really important to me because this family were some of my first clients. I feel really good about the final product. Also got several compliments on my work.

So on a high right now. Really tired and behind on sleep, but I feel good.

I'm trying so damn hard to beat Songbird Symphony tonight so I never have to think about it ever again. Lmfao. I can see why a lot of people like it but it absolutely is not my kind of game. And yet that one side of my brain feels like I have to beat it to justify having bought it. Heh.
