And I will start. I promised my friend to help. It's not a difficult thing but I a thing there I was needed to keep a company and some insight. I thought nothing of it when I promised, I was delighted to help.
But
1) I forgot for a bit that my friend is highly obsessive. So thing that I can help with of course morphed into all time consuming and my friend trying to discuss The Thing 24/7 because she just works like that
2) I work part-time, but I work part-time on 3 different jobs. So my avaliablity depends if I am needed on my jobs or not. Sometimes I have a lot of time, sometimes I don't. And I was needed on all of them for the past several weeks.
3) Last several years (even before covid) were really heavy on my mental and physical health. In short, I struggle.

So of course of course my friend asked for help in the middle of me being overworked, tired and frankly a bit hysterical. And of course I had to say no. I only came with her one time instead of like a dozen. And now I feel bad, also I feel bad because I was being really short-tempered with her. Damn :(
