SAME. Ban puppy mills (all animal mills), neuter and spay, make breeders close up shop. SO many animals out there living miserable lives; we need to fix it.

Agreed. I also think people should have to get a license to breed any kind of dogs, cats, and especially horses. They should also have to submit to regular inspection of their facilities in order to maintain their license, which they should have to renew once a year or so.

Hell yes. I loathe in particular those miniature horses that are barely more than stunted stuff animals for people to fawn over. It freaks me out and disgusts me in equal measure.
