I'm around her age. I would be open to a casual relationship with someone his age, but not interested in a serious relationship unless we had like, an insanely strong romantic connection or something, because while we are both adults, the places we are in our lives and our states of mind are generally rather different, or at least that's my experience so far. Good for friendship and casual connection, but not likely to lead to more for me. And of course there can be power imbalances that come with age gaps if the older person has a lot more money or influence as well as experience, so I understand the discomfort. I hope that she is happy with him.
