DA but I guess some people just actively wash where they can easily reach and basically go "no need to specifically scrub my legs/feet" when the soapy water runs down over them anyway?

nayrt but yeah, I'm thinking that. Some people specifically scrub (I need to because my feet get dry and crusty otherwise... yes, I use lotion afterward) while others consider it a passive job.

NA - It's not that I consider it a passive job so much as that for me and my body it's largely an unnecessary job. My legs just aren't dirty. They're not a dirty body part. They're covered by my clothes so world dirt is minimal, they have very few sebaceous glands so body oils are extremely minimal, and I sweat very little, even at the hottest of times. And my skin's naturally sloughing process happens much more smoothly when I dont interfere. So for me, taking care of the skin on my legs means not stripping them of what precious little natural oils they've managed to create. They thank me for it. When I do wash them all the time, my skin is like, "Can you maybe not? I'm trying to be healthy skin here, stop fucking my shit up with all your interfering."

I do wash my feet, though, since they actually are a fairly dirty body part.
