I've ranted about names not fitting in Hetalia before and I'll add Francès from The Prince and the Dressmaker. Is Parisian, looks of North African descent, or might be mixed-race Moor and that's a fucking English name and *Nobody* was called that in Paris nor in then-French colonies a century ago, nobody is called that *nowadays* It would already be odd for her to be called Françoise but still plausible. Francès? now that's just plain stupid. That screams "I'm doing no research at all for My Artistique Booque because Europe isn't real anyway".

OH YEAH, I agree. I'm not french, but I know a little bit about names and when I read Francès I was ???? YO WHAT
I really enjoyed the comic, but that NAME... UGH. I even forgot she was called that. It's just... not right.
I just think that IDK the comic is in another reality or something, which is quite fitting since it's very heart-warming and reality probably wouldn't play out like that.
