I actually like both depending on the quality of the voice acting. Typically that means I'd sooner gravitate towards subs cause Japanese VAs are overall better, but if the universe is set in an English setting or if the dubs kick it out of the park then I'd prefer that.

Fma/Rurouni kenshin I actually prefer the dubs because the Mc sounds in the subs sound too feminine to me.

Gits is another one where it's actually a toss up. Both sub and dub are good.

Oh yeah, I'm glad we're mostly past the days of female VAs voicing teenage boys (and occasionally grown men). Romi Park's Ed is one of the few I actually like though.
