I weep for Hux, he could have been a good scary bad guy. And Finn? Get out of here. What a loss.

I'm also mad about Kylo Ren. If he had gone full evil it would have been great. I'll readily admit that the 2 minutes of Ben Solo are some of my favorite so if they'd turned him earlier I'd have been happy BUT I'm so sick of redemption = death. No. Fuck that. Send him to jail and/or have him live the rest of his life helping others. Instead we get a hot mess. I just ::shakes fist at Disney:: would have been happy with anything but somehow we got nothing.

Yeah it was just an all out mess for so many characters in those movies.
I think what bothers me the most about Hux and Kylo is how they had so much potential to be scary villains and by making them the butt of all jokes/comic relief and kinda incompetent, it made the good guys actually look worse as well. Nothing more embarassing to have bumbling comic relief idiots as your adversaries and still not win against them with ease.
