Use your own judgement for "new" and "recently"

I only started tracking my books last year so all of these were read in the last two years and relatively new releases.

All are scifi/fantasy cause that's where my heads at these days:
Legends and Lattes
Murderbot Diaries
A Psalm for the Wild Built
Nettle & Bone
Unnatural Magic

Nettle and Bone was great! And I usually don't like fantasy.

I'm reading the Final Girl Support Group right now and really enjoying it!
I will check the other books you've listed. I'm in mood for more horror books >:D

I want to read Final Girl Support Group, but I did not like Episode Thirteen lol. I wanted to, I really did, and the WAY it was written was fun and interesting, but there was like... no surprises, nothing in the actual story which was disappointing since I had heard such good things about it and I am a sucker for found footage horror.

Definitely not my favorite horror book of the year, but I didn't mind it. I would suggest it to people as a more accessible version of House of Leaves (liminal spaces, bigger on the inside, and questionable hauntings).
