Unless the drabbles are actually chapters and form one cohesive story, they should be posted as separate stories. AO3 has a function that allows you to link stories into a collection. Use it, instead of infesting the archive space with wall-of-tags "fics".

You can easily avoid these by excluding lower word counts. You can't with the collections. Also, separate stories wikl only show up for relevant character/ship/fandom/kink/etc, the collections will show up for multiple ones.
Separate stories are also easier to read because you know right away if you're interested or not. Whereas collections force you to comb through stories you don't care for to find the few you do. Which, personally, I can't be bothered to.
