At worst, that's uncharitable. Maybe a little dramatic. Vicious would be characterizing the person as malicious. And even then, OP makes no mention of confronting the person or attempting to hurt their reputation. They're literally just expressing an opinion, anonymously in a secret, about an incident they found hurtful.
