YEAH! Like... I didn't hate Isle of Dogs, but most of the time I come away from Wes Anderson thinking I wish someone who was good at movies had made it? He has a beautiful aesthetic, every frame is a work of art, but the stories and characters leave me so cold, it feels like there's nothing THERE under the look.

I'll still watch his latest one bc of the cast, but like... I'll have something else to do while watching, you know?
