A single google search got me this answer in like the 2nd result:

I've also seen the opposite in terms of Nietzsche! He believed that in being "humans" (he specifically wrote about Christians, but that's the society he was in) we were suppressing our powerful, authentic selves but we could access this through music and dance. So to him, dancer was the ideal!
