Looking for a scene from an anime

I'd love if someone can tell me what this anime scene I saw months ago on tiktok is from. It was people standing outside a skyscraper and they were on the phone. And they were like, he's something something. Implying that they were talking to the person on the phone. And then like a bad guy and good guy are falling down the side of the building. And they are fighting as they fall. Possibly "running" down the building?

I feel like virtually every shounen anime has a scene more or less like that. Sorry lol, I know you must have a specific scene and anime in mind. Hopefully someone here knows what you are thinking of.
