I'm sorry nonny. I hope work will improve for you.

I learn by repetition as well. It's hard to tell people I need more time and practice to get it/improve without some people being annoyed that I don't pick up on it immediately.

I hope someone at work will give you some positive encouragement.

If not, I believe in you nonny! Needing extra time to learn is not a bad thing. Once you get into the groove of your work you will be great! Pay no mind to your trainer, they are paid to train you. If they can't be patient and mindful enough to help you more they are failing you, not the other way around.
