Had to take a half day at work to go to an urgent care. What started as a normal, though severe migraine turned into my first hemiplegic migraine. I honestly thought I was having a stroke last night when my arms started twitching. Still feeling pretty terrible.

I worked with someone who had those. I honestly thought they were having a stroke the first time I witnessed it. Scary stuff. Hopefully it was a one off for you. Take care.

The whole thing is weirding me out. I went to urgent care earlier, and they gave me an injection that helped for a while. But I'm twitching again.
