Oh, nonny. Fellow "weird kid" here. Homeschooled and completely isolated/friendless my whole childhood until the parent in charge ran off when I was 15, went to college and got bullied, been trying to figure out how to actually socialise like a normal person ever since. I wasn't a real teenager, either.

I'm 33 and I still don't know how to do it. My social anxiety is worse than ever and I live in absolute terror of upsetting people or not being liked. Which ironically makes me even less likeable, I guess.
