I am okay with them and sometimes seek them out if I'm on the fence whether to watch/read something to figure out if it's worth my time (or if I'm just curious what people are reacting to). But I'm usually still surprised because I sort of automatically stick them in my short-term memory and so don't remember them until I actually get to the spoiler part. This sometimes works against me when I've decided I didn't want to watch/read some media because of the spoilers, then later that media comes up again and all I can remember is that I didn't want to watch/read it, but not why.
