I don't see the manipulation. But I do see you taking out your anger at other people on someone you don't know.

You don't see "is it bad to have a normal human emotion" as manipulative? The minute you write anything other than "nooo you're so valid" you get accused of wanting the poster to die. Literally, just scroll up and see it happen.

Saying "I'm so sorry I didn't mean to put this on anyone" is literally the definition of being emotionally manipulative. As was already said, if you really cared about not dumping things on other people, you simply wouldn't say it at all. By saying it and then saying "oh I'm sorry I didn't mean to say that," you're guilting people into feeling bad for you.
