I rewatched a whole bunch of Halloween-adjacent movies in the last few weeks, not all of them good or well reviewed but I like them anyway. Bram Stoker's Dracula (Eiko Ishioka!) Hocus Pocus. Crimson Peak (gothic horror/romance!) Beetlejuice. The mostly-women Ghostbusters. The Nightmare Before Christmas. I had fun and also crammed a ton of them in on Halloween and the night before, while I was carving 11 jack o' lanterns.
