We're not meeting on why, given the code of conduct you've laid out, OP should leave to make their own space. If the purpose of a space is decided by majority; and there's nothing wrong with a space being taken over in either the absence of moderation or an inability on the part of mods to maintain the space; then there's nothing to say that OP shouldn't try and take over the space that they're complaining about. So long as they get enough people to their side, they're well within their rights to do so, and to then enforce the new order.
