I can't think of anyone that I'd watch anything they're in, I'm just too picky for that, but there are a few performers that I've watched in more than one thing where they were the main reason for watching. Two come immediately to mind.

Things I watched mainly because Sandra Bullock was in them:
All About Steve, such a mistake, so bad
Premonition, okay
28 Days, didn't realize the tone of it, but it wasn't bad
The Lost City, decent
The Net, not terrible
Murder by Numbers, weirdly compelling

Things I watched mainly because Dylan O'Brien was in them:
Love and Monsters, surprisingly good
The Maze Runner, okay
American Assassin, I liked it
Deepwater Horizon, harrowing but good
The First Time, cute, but awkward in its realness
The Internship, eh
