Ha! They never would, because they'd fail miserably. That's one of the things I don't like about the Bake Off... the emphasis on HOME bakers when they're asking for and expecting professional level skills. I think Paul Hollywood had to admit he doesn't make his own puff pastry or phyllo dough for his business, which is fine but then don't pretend like it's a a given skill for a mother of three who brings cupcakes to work, PAUL.
