Absolutey not. Browsing the internet doesn't count imo; I can't watch or listen to two things at once and I can't read an actual book while watching tv or even listening to music. The last time I tried playing some nice instrumental music while reading a book, I was at the end of the CD before I even registered that the music was on. One thing will always be completely ignored for the other. I also can't watch something I haven't seen while internetting; we spend our evenings leaving something we've watched before on the TV while browsing reddit or whatever, because that's the only way attention can easily drift from one thing to the other.
