I LOVE limited narrators, I LOVE present tense, I think the idea of something written in future tense is very interesting (though I think novel-length would be a slog and short fiction is the best vehicle for exploring it). And while I think first person comes with a LOT of pitfalls, especially in fanfic, when it's done well it is just as good as third person. And you know what? I think it's possible to do FANTASTIC things with second person. Not in a Y/N or necessarily a CYOA way, because 'you' doesn't *have* to signify the reader, second person is a malleable tool!
Like... I think you're locking yourself out of a lot of fantastic stories. Not every writer has the skill or the taste level to use every narrative tool or style, but the ones that do use them to write interesting stories that AREN'T served by third person omniscient past tense.
