I tend to associate 1st person narrative with more juvenile books/stories but I don't dislike it.

If I can get invested in a story TBH I don't mind the different forms of narrative. It's good to mix it up. I learn a lot about how other authors approach their writing. Some stories/characters benefit a lot from a certain form of narration.

I personally have stronger feelings/opinions toward 3rd person omniscient VS 3rd person limited. And with 2nd person narration.
3rd person limited is my favorite form of narration. Omniscient annoys me but I prefer it over most other narrations. 2nd person only works with some stories and I think too many fanfics are written with the 2nd person narration.
