I reread this twit like 6 times. And all see this person suggesting incels to exercise. What is wrong with that???

The suggestion of exercise is often directed at men to discourage them from going to therapy even for more intense mental health issues. If the suggestion was made as something to do alongside therapy, that would be one thing. Unfortunately, for men it's more likely that the gym will be touted as the only tool for mental health improvement.

That's a good point. At least the gym I attend has very little of that type of behavior. It happens maybe once a month (at least when I'm there), which is pretty good.
