My office is on a hybrid schedule. My team sits on one side of our floor. The other side of the floor is effectively abandoned, but that's where our kitchen, breakroom and bathrooms are.

Certain members of the building security staff will hang out in the breakroom/bathrooms and hold long and loud phone conversations, often of an extremely personal and emotional nature.

If you want to have a private conversation, on that side of the floor alone, there are-- I counted! EIGHTEEN (18!) empty private offices and conference rooms, the majority of which are open for use at any given moment. Why do you need to treat one of our three bathroom stalls as your personal phone booth. Or, spill your drama right next to the microwave at lunchtime. Do you secretly want an audience? Is that it?
