I don't collect Lego (or any kind of different bricks you can build amazing stuff with), but I do watch some collectors on Youtube sometimes, cause it tickles the "Look, it's that thing but small!" part of my brain.

I will never understand two kinds of Lego collectors (and it's only Lego, not really any of the other manufacturers so far):

1.) The ones who buy stuff for investment. I get buying it, building it and then selling it (or keeping sets to sell them later). But never even opening them? Eeeeh. (I guess some buy one to build and others for investment, but still.)

2.) The ones who whine about a till then rare figurine showing up in a cheap set or a poly-bag cause it ~devalues the set or whatever... bitch, we can't all spend 500€ on a set - especially kids (I'd say the target audience, but for things like Star Wars, it's probably adults these days).
