I know it is childish and I am a bit annoyed at myself for this too. Tbf I can absolutely unblock when I am ready to say them to fuck themselves without saying straight up to fuck themselves.
But this bridge I am absolutely happy to burn though. 1) they try to skip money regularly and it's not great money, it's a fucking pocket change. So wow big fucking miss 2) No, it's not going to affect my future clients especially since I am changing fields right now anyway.
3) New Year isn't the same for my country as for USA. It's the same as writing on Christmas. But it's not life and death situation and big money. No. They are asking me to work for like 5$ on the main holiday.
So tell me. Would you work on Christmas for 5$ for people who can't pay you invoice for 25$ for two weeks straight because apparently it's too much of the bother and money? Or my friend is so right?
