I used to, but I found it kind of unhealthy for me. I tend to avoid "mindless" stuff because I can zone out for too long in an unhealthy way.

I played a Clicker Hero game once, and was physically unable to stop. The addiction run for 2 days straight. Something about the dopamine feedback or something had me completelly glued to my screen. I even got an auto clicker for it on the second day.

I even got hooked on a colour palette creating site once. Those likes and hearts are really adictive.

Yeah I wasnt quite that bad but the same feeling. It wasn't even like I "couldn't" stop because I just never even thoight about stopping. I'd dip in after work to relax a bit before making dinner and suddenly I look up and hours have gone by. I just totally zone out of life.
